Life looks different right now as communities near and far band together – by staying apart – to protect one another. We understand that the circumstances surrounding the coronavirus are challenging to navigate, so let us say this: we will get through this together. Our team remains committed to prioritizing the health and well-being of our community and has implemented a number of protocols that ensure our residents, future residents, and valued team members are safe and supported during these uncertain times.
Reducing the transmission of the coronavirus is of paramount importance to us. Our team is closely following guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), and other national and local health organizations, and we encourage our residents to do the same. We have increased the scope and frequency of sanitation efforts of essential shared spaces and are limiting our maintenance response to emergency and urgent requests. Further, we ask that residents please limit person-to-person interactions and contact our team primarily by phone or email. For a full list of leasing and maintenance procedures that should be conducted online or via phone, please visit our Resident Portal or call 703.669.8098.
While working diligently to slow the spread is critical, we also acknowledge that the impact of the coronavirus extends well beyond its potential health implications. In an effort to address financial concerns, we have implemented a COVID-19 Relief Program to provide short-term financial assistance to qualified residents. Residents should reach out to the leasing office to determine eligibility.
Empowering our residents has long been a point pride for our team, and it is a tradition we will continue beyond the Relief Program. As we continue to search for ways to help, we encourage our entire community to come together as neighbors and look out for one another at this time.
We understand that now, more than ever, finding the right place to call home is a meaningful and time-sensitive process. Our leasing office is still open and operating under normal business hours, and we are well equipped to provide you with a seamless online leasing experience.
For a personalized online leasing experience, we can make arrangements to send photos and conduct virtual tours via FaceTime, Zoom, Google Hangouts, or other video conferencing services. Application and verification documentation can be exchanged via email. We do have availability for qualified applicants who need to make a change in their living situation.
Rest assured that our team will be right there every step of the way to shepherd the process, answer questions, and provide updates on any relevant coronavirus developments. To find out more information or to apply for a home, we invite interested parties to reach out to our leasing office via phone at 703.669.8098 or email at email@example.com.
Our team members are the heart and soul of our communities, and we would be remiss if we did not address the steps we are taking to keep our employees safe. We have implemented recommendations put forth in the CDC's Interim Guidance for Businesses and Employers which includes, but is not limited to, implementing rotational work-from-home schedules to facilitate social distancing, limiting non-essential person-to-person contact, and requiring team members to pre-screen for COVID-19 symptoms prior to coming to work, monitor their health throughout the day, and stay home if they or a member of their family are diagnosed with COVID-19.
We are continuing to monitor the recommended health and safety guidelines and will evolve our policies and procedures to ensure we are taking every precaution necessary to protect the welfare of our community.
